How do you feel about being a part of this organization and what does Workers’ Day mean to you?

I feel heard and valuedWorkers’ day to me is a day set aside to celebrate workers and our contribution to our various organisations. A day to let us know we are appreciated and our joint effort indeed drives forward the progress of our organisation.

What are Aha bosses like?

Aha bosses are approachable, patient, growth driven and i must say, non-toxic

What motivates you to come to work every day?

What motivates me to come to work is the knowledge that there is work to be done and it won’t complete itself, my supportive colleagues and bosses, and a conducive work environment.

How do you feel about being part of aha!?

I am thrilled to be a staff of aha! and I am delighted to serve to the best of my capabilities. Today is a significant day that acknowledges the valuable contributions and accomplishments of workers worldwide. It is a day to honor the tireless efforts and commitment of people who play a crucial role in propelling our economies and societies towards progress.

What does Workers Day mean to you?

At aha! Bosses are easily approachable , which enables me to have discussions, collaborate on ideas, and acquire knowledge

What motivates you to come to work?

I find satisfaction in building products that can solve problems. This sense of fulfillment is what drives me to come to work and provide the best possible assistance to push the business forward.

Can you share a particularly memorable experience you’ve had while working here?

Working with aha! has provided me with a variety of remarkable experiences. One that stands out is the time when we commenced the ISO certification process, and the difficult process of preparing the team for something that even I was unfamiliar with, eventually we got the ISO certification process. That encounter made me realize that we are capable of far more than we realize. It is also a wonderful experience to be able to write about the company when applying for grants and other sources of assistance.

How do you see yourself growing and developing within this organization in the years to come?

There have been numerous official and informal possibilities for growth and development since I joined Advantage Health Africa. As a result, I am confident that many more chances that I cannot see now will emerge as time passes.

What part of the company’s vision stands out for you?

I appreciate the fact that we are working for more than just monetary gain, and that we are progressively making a global influence through improving people’s quality of life.
