Our Story

Advantage Health Africa is the umbrella for various initiatives and adventures involving technology in improving Healthcare Solution across Africa including access to medicines with myMedicines also skill development (AHA capacity development initiatives). The AHA team has also championed core sector-wide initiatives in pharmacy, including the franchise chain pharmacy, myPharmacy as well as the aggregation, and clustering of retail pharmacies via CPN Nexus and the stimulation of young leaders with a mindset to take on challenges as opportunities through the pharmacist’s Leadership Stimulant Programm ThePLSP

Adedotun Sulaiman

Mr. Adedotun Sulaiman, MFR is a veteran Management and Strategy consultant, with over 25 years’ experience. He has been the head of 15 different companies and is the Executive Chairman of Arian Capital Limited. He obtained a First Class degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos and qualified as a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria in 1981. He also attended Harvard Business School for the Programme Management Development in 1990.

Abimbola Adebakin

Abimbola Adebakin

Abimbola is the Chief Executive Officer of Advantage Health Africa, an aggregator in the retail pharmacy space. She is a trained pharmacist from the University of Lagos and holds a Master’s in Business Administration. She is also Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI). She grew her consulting expertise working with Accenture and was an Associate Director at Financial Institution Training Centre.
Ngozi Edozien

Ngozi Edozien

Ms. Ngozi Edozien is the founder and Managing Director of Invivo Partners Limited. She has vast experience in management consulting, private equity, business functions, and general management. She has a B.A. in Social Studies (Government, Philosophy and Economics) from Harvard University and Radcliffe Colleges. She also holds an MA from Cambridge, as well as an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Kelvin Balogun

Kelvin Balogun

Kelvin is a senior executive and thought leader and early stage venture capitalist. He has a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. He has vast experience in business transformation and growth, as well as talent development, with a keen interest in the African continent.
Funmi Oyetunji

Funmi Oyetunji

Funmi Oyetunji is a finance industry guru whose career has spanned over 35 years. She is the CEO of Abitos Financial Service. In her early years, she worked in the firms of Coopers & Lybrand in Nigeria and KPMG, London where she garnered experience audit, business advisory and banking supervision. Her banking career peaked as the Treasurer of First Bank of Nigeria.
Opeyemi Okunoren

Opeyemi Okunoren

Mr. Opeyemi Babajide Okunoren is a seasoned Information Technology & Telecommunications Engineer and Business Developer. He is a graduate of the University of Lagos where he bagged a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering and has a Master’s in Business Administration. His early career days span Information & Communication Technology, as well as Hospitality businesses.

Mr Ismail Damcida is an international trade consultant with over a decade of personal experience in international trade and export business development. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience of worldwide markets which is complemented by his impressive local and international network of partners and associates. Throughout his career, Ismail Damcida has been involved in international business; developing and implementing strategies, building teams and distribution networks to open new markets.

Temi Dalley holds a bachelor of science degree in political science from the Ahmadu Bello University Nigeria, and a Master of Art in Human Resources Management from the Middlesex Business School UK. Temi was appointed the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sterling Bank in 2017 where she is responsible for building a competent and agile workforce to meet the rapidly changing demands of today’s workplace.

Michael Heavens is a Pharmacist and High-Impact Business Executive with 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, strategic business leadership, product management and business development. He has launched and entrenched the legendary antimalarial, Amatem Softgel, into the Nigerian pharma market. He is a graduate of Pharmacy from the University of Jos and holds a Master's in Business Administration from Lagos State University. He is a firm believer in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Oyindamola Ayodeji-Oni is a pharmacist with 9 years experience in various sectors of the industry. She is the Quality Assurance Manager at Advantage Health Africa (AHA) and previously served as Operations Manager for the myPharmacy business unit. She is a self-starter and highly motivated individual with diverse interests in data analysis, business intelligence, business analysis, market research and business development.

Abiola Afolabi

Abiola Afolabi is the supply chain manager of Advantage Pharmaceuticals Ltd. She is a Pharmacist who trained at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Lagos, Akoka. Prior to this role, she worked as a clinical pharmacist at the 68 Nigerian Army Reference Hospital, Yaba. She is currently in the process of acquiring certification as a Supply Chain Analyst (CSCA) from the International Supply Chain Education Alliance (ISCEA). Abiola is a team player, a dedicated, resilient and focused individual.
